INTENSE BATTLE...FOUNDATIONAL ADJUSTMENTS...BROADENING BORDERS

March 18th, 2007

The battle has been verocious ever since returning from the conference in Columbia, South Carolina at Mountain of Worship. That is only to say that the conference was "on target" and God is readying us for His plans. There have been health issues, financial crises, Haitian property difficulties, political unrest in Haitian streets, and communication problems. Three times our schedule has had to be changed for going into Haiti for the Leadership Conference. We are now setting dates for the "invasion". I say invasion because it is not just a "teaching team" that is going, but a "hoard of Angels" that will precede us into Cap-Haitien. We shall noT prevent the Army of the Lord, but will follow their lead to go and share with "Leadership" in Haiti's largest church congregation.

Too often we take the position that such interference is a sign that we should not proceed, however, at "AbbaQuest Ministries" we believe that as long as the door is open, we should make ourselves available. Yet, wisdom is telling us that what is right for some may not be correct for all. God is adjusting our foundations to accomodate His purposes in each of our lives.

The Jim Wilson Evangelistic Association Medical Team trip to "Tabernacle of Praise Church" in Cap-Haitien was a great success. I had to cancel my going three days prior to leaving due to illness. He reported to me the remarkable number of people who received medical attention, and the thousands who received the message of the Gospel. He also told me of the vast need for finances to further the work there with Pastor Ecclesias.

There is a need for a training center to be built where "leadership" preparing for the ministry can be housed and taught on site. Medical teams could be scheduled on a regular basis with a more conducive facility. These much needed teams could be housed and fed on site. The monies spent on hotels and restaurtant food could be better spent "in house" at the church compound so more money could be given to the ministry effort. We have been looking at the possibilities of getting grants to forward the progress of the outreach in Haiti.

We Americans are often afraid we are going to make those on these "poor" fields, "rice Christians", that they will only tell you what you want to hear if they get free "anything". But ministry costs. Benny Hinn reportedly spent $10,000,000.00 in his recent India Crusade to furnish 1000 busses to bring in people at no cost, as well as many other expenses connected to just having the meetings available to hundreds of thousands. You have to take a chance of being taken advantage of by a few in order to reach the masses who are guinely seeking the "Truth".

Ryan Wyatt, "Awakening Glory Ministries", is getting scads of invitations to go to Pakistan and India to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, but without the finances available, the cry for "power evangelism" will go unanswered. Never has the opportunity been more historically set for the demonstration of the power of the Name of Jesus Christ.

We at "Abbaquest Ministries" are now receiving invitations to return to Jamaica after 14 years since our last meetings there. I just returned from Hertford, Westmoreland, Jaimaica, West Indies where I was asked to come and preach the funeral of James Michael Fenton, the gracious father of Lester Fenton, who was our lead Pastor on the island during those nearly 10 years we were taking teams there for mninistry. For nearly four and a half hours, people came to me reminding me of our times there and how they were blessed and sharing their hope that we would come back again. People who were teen-agers then, came to me with their little children asking if I remembered them and asking about the young people who meant so much to them when we took "youth teams" those years ago. All through the years they had not forgotten the message of hope and the outreach of love during those times. It served as a notice to me that efforts made in the Name of the Lord Jesus to these fields are not wasted efforts; that the seeds that are sown are often seeds that take root and flourish, even in the heat of struggle. Barbara and I hope to go to Jamaica in the summer for a long week-end and begin a return to ministry that should result in our being able to have Pastor's conferences there once again.

Pastor Edward Jean from Abundant Life Ministries International in Provendenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands is expected here in the States shortly where we will discuss our coming there to minister the Word of the Lord. He has been desiring my coming for some months but the time has not yet been right. The borders are definitely broadening.

Pray for us my dear Friends. Touch the heart of the Father on our behalf. Speak to Him as children to their "Daddy". He will hear you. He will make a difference in our outcome because you have spoken your heart to Him.

We are His instruments, His hand extended! Let the miracles lift voices of adoration and praise to the Lord. Let Him be worshipped and honored; His name be magnified in all the Earth...especially in every place we step our feet and proclaim His matchless Wonder and Grace.

You are appreciated...and loved.

EVIL LURKS BUT GOD REIGNS

VIOLENCE IN THE STREETS POSTPONES CONFERENCE

All systems were go. Bill and Ginny Dawson were packing to leave today for Ocala from where we would go to Ft. Lauderdale tomorrow so we could fly out Wednesday to Cap-Hatien. The political scene in Haiti has erupted into violent acts in all the major cities due to the Mayoral races all over the country.

Pastor Ecclesias had come to Orlando to retrieve parts for the Radio Station at the church compound. The night before he was supposed to leave he received a phone call that urged him not to get on the plane the next morning because of the street fighting which could put his life in danger from Cap-Hatien’s airport to the church compound. In turn he shared warning with us that this would not be a good time to carry through with our plans. With Christmas and New Years coming, we would not be able to get a flight out until after the first of the year. At this point we are not sure about the January 20th Medical Missions Trip with the Jim Wilson Evangelistic Association either. BUT THIS ONE THING WE DO KNOW, GOD IS IN CONTROL OF OUR "STEPS". We serve a mighty God and He will accomplish His purposes with us in Haiti. You watch, you wait, you'll see! Our God Reigns!

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO THE PREVIOUS POSTING (NOV. 11)

Due to transmission problems many of you did not get the alert or a working link to the “Blogspot” in November and therefore missed the teaching on “Faith” in that “Update”. Also read the comments we passed on to the blog that had been sent to my E-mail. After reading that, please pray for us. We know God is going before us and this delay is purposed by the enemy to keep us away from the leadership at the Tabernacle of Praise. Yet, what Satan means for evil, God will turn it for Good. Our heart is full of the Lord and we are continuing to prepare for our mission there.

SERVICES IN NORTH CAROLINA ANOINTED

The services at the Temple of Truth in Kannapolis, North Carolina with Brother Garland Faw were truly anointed. His music and Worship teams were the best I have ever heard them and brought the Presence of the Lord into the services. In the morning service I spoke about our being Salt and Light and why the Lord Jesus made us so. I shared about lights’ influence on salt and the power given to salt by light shining through it. It is phenomenal what we are learning from Quantum Physics that confirms the Word of God to our hearts in this 21st Century. On Sunday evening I spoke on the “Mystery of the Water and the Power of the Blood” Again God showed up and many were blessed by the Word of God and its application to their lives. The young adult music team sang during the worship and there was such an anointing on their singing a canary could have gotten up and chirped the Hallelujah Chorus afterward. What a backdrop for sharing the Word of God and scientific illustration that confirmed how God made us 60% to 70% water so we could respond to His Word spoken by the Holy Spirit, and the power of the “signature” in the blood of Jesus for forgiving our sin, healing our bodies and delivering us from demonic oppression and depression 2000 years later. What a mighty God we serve.

You are never taken for granted. I am grateful for each of you who read this and pray for us. You can post your comments very easily or send me an E-mail at davetoler@abbaquest.net. You are appreciated

IT'S HAPPENING IN HAITI

WATER CHALLENGE BEING SOLVED
The water challenge is being met in Cap-Haitien at the “Tabernacle of Praise” church compound. Instead of $5,000.00, the cost has been reduced to $1,500.00, by drilling the present well deeper. There were concerns as to that being done due to being near the coast and the threat of salt water. After careful consideration the area “expert well driller” recommended going deeper as opposed to drilling a completely new well on the compound property. AbbaQuest is worshipping the Lord with an offering to have the well extended.

NEW DATE SET FOR 1ST LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Bill and Ginny Dawson will be traveling with me to Haiti on December 6-14 to teach in the first Leadership Conference at “Tabernacle of Praise” Church in Cap-Haitien. Our flight leaves Ft. Lauderdale at 6:30 AM and arrives in Cap-Haitien at 9:00 AM. We will be whisked from the airport to the church compound and enter the sanctuary at 10:00 AM where possibly over 10,000 people will be awaiting our arrival and the presentation of the Word of God. We believe the anointing will be on us to impart the message and ministry God so longs to pour out on those who will be there that day. The Wednesday service is heavily attended and people come from many places throughout Haiti for this service each week. After the service, some four hours later, we will have our first session of the Leadership conference with approximately 500 people who serve in various capacities in the “Tabernacle of Praise” ministry.

We continue to trust God for the supply to be able to feed, twice a day, the 500 who attend the conference. We believe this would please the Lord and bless those who struggle everyday for food. Please pray to that end with us.

OUR FAITH IS RISING
As we are cleansed by a daily immersion into the Word of God (Ephesians 5:26), we are becoming more and more aware of the Presence of the Lord that is allowing the Holy Spirit to bring fresh anointing for the task at hand. As each of us spend personal time before the Lord our faith is rising to meet the necessities around us. We are becoming more sensitive to the emergence of the operation of the “gifts of the Holy Spirit” to meet the needs of those who hunger and thirst for the Lord’s touch in their lives.

Last Friday, prior to leaving for the Norvel Hayes Conference in Crystal River, Florida this week, I was called by my dear friend DeWitt Woodward from the Starwell Medical Center where he had just been taken by ambulance with what was suspected to be congestive heart failure. With slurred speech he requested me to pray for him. The Spirit of the Lord came on me and I commanded DeWitt to live and not die. I commanded the demons of Hell that were trying to kill him to leave him and for the Angels of Heaven to gather around him and minister life and health to his body. I reminded the Precious Lord Jesus of His promise that “whatsoever things you desire, believe that you receive them and they shall be yours” (Mark 11:24). I reminded God of His promise that “by HIS stripes, we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).

DeWitt was in church on Sunday and soon back in the office. I spoke with Dewitt last night (11/9/06) on the telephone and he told me how, what he described as the “Glory” of the Lord, came into his room as I prayed for him and his condition began being changed at that point. God has gotten his attention about certain things and he is in compliance to make changes necessary to his overall health.

On Wednesday evening I spoke with my wife on the phone and was advised of her car having been hit from behind during her drive home. There was no apparent damage to the car, but the jolt was enough to jar her neck and back into spasms of pain and stiffness. I immediately prayed for her on the telephone and declared the promises of God. I demanded every bit of stiffness and pain to leave her body and for her to be able to rest. Her testimony to me last night, when I arrived home from the conference, was that after I prayed for her every bit of stiffness and pain left her body, she slept comfortably all night, and she had not had one bit of pain all day long.

In both of those instances, I noticed, immediately that “faith” arose within the midst of me to meet the necessity that presented itself at that very moment. I did not have to think through it and find out what the will of God was before I prayed. It was like a thunderbolt of belief hit me and I began to pray with a confidence that God was waiting to hear what I was saying in order to perform it for His honor and glory. God performs His Word! He is a Faith God and responds only to Faith. We often get nothing because we speak words that do not line up with the Word of God. God honors His Word, not mine. I believed what I was saying was already done and as I spoke it God was hearing with great pleasure and delight. The Bible says, “And it shall come to pass that, before they call I will answer, and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” (Isaiah 65:24)
Well, it is coming to pass in these days.

Sickness is never the will of God; NEVER. Our acceptance of such is always to explain away our lack of revelation of His purposes for our lives and our acceptance of unbelief as opposed to Faith. Disease and sickness comes from stress and a lack of ease or peace in our lives. Unresolved wounding, guilt, as well as a broken spirit; and of course anger and bitterness, all lend themselves to leaving us open for sickness. God does not put sickness on us to test us, to punish us, or to kill us. Satan attacks us because his plan is to steal our joy, kill our life and destroy our usefulness for God. Our being well intimidates every demon of Hell. The Devil thinks he can prevail over the “body of Christ” if he can make enough of us sick. He will never prevail over us. That is the Word of God. (Matthew 16:18) WE are the offense, never the defense!

God is “Jehovah-Rophe, God our Healer”. (Exodus 15:26) Nothing is too hard for Him. (Jeremiah 32:17) He sent His Word to heal us. (Psalm 107:20) And Jesus is His Word made flesh. (John 1:1-2; 14) What He was, He IS, and will be forever! (Hebrews `13:8) And He is even more powerful in the earth today because of the indwelling Holy Spirit, Who is the POWER source of everything Jesus said and says or did and does! He said, “The works that I do, you too shall do, and greater works than these shall you do, because I go to the Father.” (John 14:12) (1 Corinthians 12:4-11) He is alive! His Word is alive because He is alive. And because of that LIFE His promises are sure, all of them. What was good for “back then” is good for today, because when the last Apostle died, the Holy Spirit didn’t; nor did He vacate the earth, the church or any individual believers in the earth. That’s right, He who arose, IS ARISEN, and is alive forevermore! And the “gift of the Father” is no less our “paraclete” today than He was the day He came to the 120 in the upper room. He did not come just to the Apostles. He came on all 120 of them who gathered in that upper room…all of them. (Acts1:14-15; 2:1-4) Never forget, when Jesus prayed in John 17, He included you and me. (John 17:20)

So rejoice my friends. You are part of a great opportunity to make a difference in the world. Believe the Word…do the Word…and change your square mile because “greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” (1 John 4:4) Pray for us! Stand in the gap for us! Exercise your Faith and be a part of God’s miracles in Haiti.

You are appreciated,

Dave Toler

GOD IS CONFIRMING OUR CALLING

We serve the God of Angel Armies according to Isaiah 6, (Message Bible) who worship Him as Holy and conquer in His name. We too worship Him and call Him Holy. We stand in His righteousness and watch Him battle before us and because the battle is His, the victory is ours! Though we make our plans, He directs our steps.

There have been a number of delays in our getting a journal out to you since the middle of September. I am finally learning how to do this in order to relieve my very gracious son, Mike, who lives in California, who has produced the website and journal each time. His work has demanded much of him in the last two months and our schedules have not been very compatible. So he is teaching me to produce the journal each time and that will keep you in the KNOW more often. (By the way, if it looks strange or something it is because a novice is producing it today!)

THE FIRST HAITIAN LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE UPDATE:
Bill and Ginny Dawson and I were supposed to leave for Haiti today, (10/26/06) to begin AbbaQuest’s first Leadership Conference at the Tabernacle of Praise in Cap-Hatien. I used to Pastor the Dawsons in Leesburg, Florida, and through the years we have been close. They now reside in Newberry, South Carolina. Recently, it was obvious to me, the Lord would have me invite them help teach in this first conference in Haiti. They are well equipped and anointed for the task at hand.

Nearly 1,200 have been gathering at 5:00 o’clock each afternoon for the past couple of months to intercede for this conference. About 500, in leadership at this church of about 10,000 attendees, have been preparing to attend the conference.

Last Friday, the water well at the Church Compound went dry. Pastor Ecclesias and I determined it would be best for all concerned to postpone the conference until the water issue is settled. He is hoping to know all the particulars within a few days. At worse, it will cost about $5,000.00 U.S. for a new well to be drilled plus whatever may be needed for a new pump. The jury is still out on that issue.

Although we have been geared up for this conference and excited about what we have each felt in our Spirit God was going to accomplish, we are confident this interruption is no deterrent to God having a great victory in Haiti. We know Whom we serve. He is our confidence. We believe Father has this in His time-table and He is simply adjusting ours. We are taking the time, while we are in a holding pattern, to intensify our hearts and minds before the Lord. God is in control and we rejoice in His leadership.

WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR GIFTS:
Those who have sacrificed to give financially to “AbbaQuest” through “Spirits Aflame, Inc” for this venture, will be blessed many times over for your graciousness. Others are coming forward, even as I write this, to be a part of what God is doing. We do not have a large financial base here in the United States, and we do not “fleece the flock” in the poorest country of the Western Hemisphere to support us. We purely depend on the Lord to speak to your hearts about investing into this work. And when you do, it is a big thing to Barbara and me. I mean it is “large” and we never take it for granted.

GOD IS CONFIRMING OUR CALLING
Last week, the Dawsons and I attended a conference sponsored by “Mountain of Worship” in Columbia, S.C. While there, we experienced a number of prophetically gifted believers who spontaneously came to us at different times and spoke words of the Lord over us individually. They did not know us and knew nothing about what we were about to do, and every one of them were on target with their prophetic statements. Several spoke of financial abundance coming into our hands for what God is calling us to do. Randy Clark, the International Evangelist, who initiated the Toronto Blessing Revival some years ago, called Bill and I out of the crowd of nearly 900 and spoke words of Holy Commissioning and Impartation over us. Ginny was unable to be at that particular meeting.

AbbaQuest Ministries is on a collision course for the taking of Haiti by the Lord Jesus Christ and its transformation from being the scourge of the Caribbean to being the Jewel of God. We believe God has raised up Pastor Ecclesias and Tabernacle of Praise to be the foundation of a great awakening and revival in all of Haiti. These Leadership Conferences are most valuable to the teams that will be commissioned from that church to reproduce what God is doing in Cap-Hatien throughout the entire country. You who are praying for us and are financially giving to this effort are becoming a part of something that is much bigger than all of us put together. God is drawing us together in the work of His Kingdom for a time such is this. God bless each of you! We are humbled by your consideration and support.

“WHEN IS THE WHITE GUY COMING BACK?”

PASTOR ECCLESIAS’ LATEST LETTER:

Dear Brother Dave,
May you be bless upon receiving this mail. The congregation would like to Thank-you for your dedication to the people of Haiti; they always still ask me,” Pastor, when is the white guy coming back?”, and I always ask them, “why you want him to come back?.” Their answer would be, “Because his message was a blessing and a Father teaching to us.” Others tell me, “His message is leading us in the way of Salvation.”

Brother Dave, we are waiting for you; we are hungry for your return to come and bless us once more at the Tabernacle of Praise.

We have been talking on the phone about the Leadership Conference in the end of October, as we propose to feed the leaders who come. In our congregation no one is truly gainfully employed. Each person has to eek out a living at pennies a day. There are no free schools here. In order to have the church’s leadership people able to come and be in the conference all day, we must feed them two meals if the conference is to meet with success. They want to come. They are most grateful for the conference and at this point know nothing about our proposal to feed them. Because of the economy here, if we cannot feed them, we will lost about half of them from being able to come.

We pray that God will make a way where there is no way, Brother Dave, because nothing is impossible for our Heavenly Father. As you are knocking door to door and seeking help, we are on our knees here.

Pastor Ecclesias Donatien
PHOTOS FROM HAITI
Pastor Ecclesias “high-fives” the little boy and says, “God gives good gifts, Brother Dave. Meet my son; he is God’s gift to the Tabernacle. The Mother asked if the ladies at the Church compound could watch her baby for one hour while she went to the doctor. She never returned!” The baby is now three years old. Pastor named him “Taberneau”.
Pastor Ecclesias checks the sound system as he walks through the “altar area” of the sanctuary during the afternoon.

Intercession for those who will soon come and fill these seats is an important part of the ministry. Intercession teams station themselves under the platform and under the seating of the arena during every service, praying for souls and God’s anointing.

Worship is powerful at Tabernacle of Praise. I am inspired by the little girl in the lower left hand corner of the picture.
Why Is This Effort Crucial At This Time?

Haiti population is 8.3 million. Nearly 1 million are in Cap-Haitian
70% are unemployed
48% are illiterate
85% are Catholic and 90% are Voodoo active (This says a great deal about the compromise of the Catholic church in Haiti)
No wonder Haiti is the poorest and most densely populated country in the Western Hemisphere
Life expectancy is 52 years
42% do not have free access to potable water
TABERNACLE OF PRAISE CHURCH is a “Holy Spirit” anointed ministry with a regular attendance of 7,000 to 11,000; the largest church in Haiti.

It is quite obvious God has raised up Pastor Ecclesias Donatien and his staff for a time such as this in Haiti. Though religiously oriented, Haiti is virtually spiritually destitute and in need of a clear presentation of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. This ministry has the vision to bring Christ and Spiritual maturity to the entire nation.

It is becoming apparent; AbbaQuest Ministries has been chosen to be an instrument of the Lord to bring depth to this ministry, whose quick growth has caused it to be a “mile wide and an inch deep”. Teaching Leadership Conferences spaced out through the years before us, AbbaQuest can take teams of teachers to the church compound and help the over 500 leaders to grow in the Word of God and be prepared to reproduce Tabernacle of Praise throughout Haiti.

Through I.A.M., the ministry outreach of DeWitt and Dawn Woodward, we have access to a process called “Bibles that Talk” to reach many of the 3,984,000 illiterate people in Haiti. The latest technology is incredible. On a digital chip, placed in a solar powered player, Bible portions, Bible stories, Worship music, and Bible Study Sermons can be heard and Truth can be learned by those who cannot read.

We must not shrink back from this challenge! Souls are at stake! A nation being socially, economically, politically, and spiritually flushed down the toilet of the Caribbean can become the jewel of God’s heart if we will only care enough to give our very best. We must not allow the blood of Jesus to have been shed in vain for these people. TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

The Historic First Leadership Conference is scheduled for October 28-November 6, 2006. The cost factor is $12,500.00. That is for all the needs for the conference including 2 meals a day for 5 days feeding 500 people who will attend the Leadership Conference…a total of 5,000 meals.

I only share this information because some have asked what the cost factor is for the conference. I am trusting God to supply this need through His stewards or in whatever other miraculous way He desires. Our trust is in Him. Should He speak to your heart, we will be privileged to partner with you in this effort. We will be honorable with your gifts and report back to you what great things you have helped accomplish.

Should you desire to be a “financial part” of this endeavor, please send *checks made out to:
Spirits Aflame
c/o 201 NE 8th Avenue
Ocala, Florida 34470

*Add a note :” for AbbaQuest—Haiti Project”

All of these monies serve the needs of the conference and do not include any personal expenses for the three on the Teaching Team.

Thank you for your love and please know,
YOU ARE APRECIATED

THE NEXT PLATEAU: I CANNOT DO THIS ALONE!

On Thursday, August 10, 2006, Tuesday’s posting, “THE STATEMENT” was shared with me in conversation at a Red Lobster Restaurant on Highway 50, near Orlando by Pastor Ecclesias in the company of Pastor Julio Brutus from the Haitian Church of the Nazarene in Winter Haven, Florida.

Realizing the seriousness of his words, from the beginning, I knew we needed to write it down, so with the help of Pastor Julio translating where English was difficult, we were able to take dictation and documented this the Pastor’s statement. Pastor Ecclesias approved the translation as you read it.

THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES
Subsequent conversation produced our planning the ABBAQUEST LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE OCT. 28 – NOV. 6. Pastor Ecclesias is expecting at least 400 people, who are in a leadership capacity, to be in attendance. There will be two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions for five days. The dates above include traveling and the week-end services I will be preaching at the Tabernacle.

The Theme of the conference is “Dwelling in the Secret Place”. Subjects covered will include, “The Importance of Personalized Worship”, “Praying Effectually” and “Understanding Who’s in Charge”.

This is not a vacation trip. The cost is self-supporting, the days are long, the nights are hot, the teaching is through an interpreter, and the food is different! The rewards are remarkable.

THE FATHER’S CONFIRMATION
The evening of the 10th of August, I received a check dated 8/3/06 for $500.00 with a note, “Haiti Mission Expense”. That was seven days prior to the meeting at the restaurant. Before we called He answered, while we were yet speaking He was hearing us. God was dove-tailing His heart with Pastor Ecclesias’ heart.

Anyone, desiring to be a part of helping with finances for airfare, teaching materials (such as notebooks, paper, pens,) and food for at least 400 (two meals a day) for five days and diddy-bags, plasticware plates, bowls etc., generator gasoline to run lights and fans in the classrooms and guest suite (incl. pumping bathroom facilities’ water), please send your check made out to:

Spirits Aflame, Inc.
c/o 201 N.E. 8th Avenue
Ocala, Florida 34470

Place a short note in the envelope that says: For AbbaQuest Ministries, Haiti Conference. “Spirits Aflame, Inc” is a finance clearing house for missionary and ministry efforts in various places around the world. It is a non-profit 501c3 incorporation that receives and disburses our funds.

YOUR VALUE IS GREAT TO THIS CAUSE
I beg each of you to pray for me in these days. No, intercede for me! Stand in the gap, take hold of God and truly get His attention on our behalf. (He loves that!!) My friends, you are of great value to my life and ministry. God truly cares about these people. If you pray, HE WILL MOVE. He will bless AbbaQuest with HIS anointing. IF YOU PRAY, we will become instruments in His Hand for the spreading of His Salvation throughout Haiti. Training these leaders is the beginning of the Lord raising up a mighty army of His Servants that will be sent throughout this country to bring Eternal Life to individuals and historical change to the nation. If you pray God will answer and do great and mighty things beyond our farthest expectation. I cannot express how valuable you are to me. Please PRAY. Our ABBA is listening.

WINTER HAVEN, FLORIDA IN SEPTEMBER
Pastor Julio Brutus has asked me to be the guest speaker at his LADIES CONFERENCE, SEPTEMBER 22-24 at the Winter Haven Haitian Church of the Nazarene.

NETWORKING WITH JWEA IN JANUARY 2007
International Evangelist, Jim Wilson has also called and asked me to go with him to Cap-Haitien in January 2007 as part of a preaching and teaching team. It will be in conjunction with a Medical Mission and Pastor’s School of Evangelism the Jim Wilson Evangelistic Association is planning with Pastor Ecclesias and the Tabernacle of Praise Church. I told him I believed the Lord would have me participate in his efforts.

PRACTICAL HELP
I am grateful for each of you who read this site. Please share our information and web address with your friends in your address book. Print out the page with Pastor Ecclesias’ statement on it and give it to your Pastor. Speak with your pastor about my coming to your church. “Have Bible…will travel”. I am also available for “House Meetings” with 12 to 24 adults in attendance for one night, or up to three consecutive nights.

My phone number is: 352-867-1006.

I love you and please know…
You are deeply appreciated.

FROM HAITI: A STATEMENT FROM THE PASTOR OF THE “TABERNACLE OF PRAISE”

My Friend and Brother David Toler:

In July 18-24 you came to my people and gave yourself tirelessly to them. Choosing to stay with us at the church compound, you suffered much inconveniences and discomforts. With joy you entered into our lifestyle and even ate what we ate. You were “one” with us, my Brother. Your love for us became evident from the beginning.

In each service you preached, it seemed you were digging a well. You were getting to know us and letting the people get to know you. You preached from the heart, not from the head. There were many hundreds of responses to the invitations given all week, about 2,000. But it was on the last night, during your last sermon something really special happened. On that night my people got “goose bumps” at the Word of the Lord to their hearts. You, not being a Haitian and not being used to them, were moved on by the Holy Spirit and He got you inside of these people’s hearts. During the invitation, I turned around, with tears in my eyes, and told you, “My Brother, you have just started and you are about to leave”. That night the Holy Spirit came like a spring of water gushing up into their hearts through your preaching. It was as though the Comforter and the “starter” teamed up at the Tabernacle that night for something more!

Since your leaving, people come to me and say, “When is the white preacher coming back. He touched our hearts.”

The enemy detained you getting to us, but God turned it around. It was good! But what God has started has yet to be finished. Please you must come back and begin to finish what God has begun through you.

We are a young ministry that will be 15 years old in January 2007. We began with three, then 20 under a tree, and now over 10,000. I need your help. There is much to do, many to train and a nation needing the “light” of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God. God has called you to us. If it were not so I would not be talking like this to you. My leadership people, about 400, need you to help them grow in the Lord and His Word, so they can become instruments of God to change this country. I believe the Holy Spirit has chosen this hour in your life and ours. Even now they ask, “When is he coming back?”

Please my Brother, my Friend, come over to our “Macedonia” and help us.
